In discussion with our clients we can recommend whether a Family Trust is appropriate for the client's needs.

This discussion often arises when discussing Estate Administrative matters and conveyancing issues.

FEES:
Trusts are incorporated from $900.00 ( as @ July 2011)

Wills

A basic Will costs $230.00 (incl. GST). The more complex the charges will increase but these would be discussed with you at the outset after you had given your instructions   Probate and Intestate Applications charge out at a base rate of $ 1,150.00 (incl. GST)
